On March 5, 2026, Buckingham Senior Living Community, Inc. filed the Bar Date Motion (i.e., the deadline to file a proof of claim). The proposed Bar Date is May 8, 2026 at 4 pm CST. The Court has not yet approved the motion—it will be considered at the hearing on March 25, 2026 at 1:30 pm CST.

The Debtor’s notice, when approved, will include instructions. If residents or other creditors need assistance preparing a proof of claim, they will need to consult their own counsel, as the UCC cannot represent or provide legal advice to individual creditors.

Even if you completed a proof of claim form in the 2021 bankruptcy case, you must fill out and send in a new one for the current 2025 bankruptcy case.
